- Reasons like the change of mind, disagreement with partner or anything unrelated to the company will not be entertained.
- Once a service, like a website, is live on your production.
- if third-party interference negatively impacts the project beyond our control.
- Refunds are inapplicable on service packages or bundles.
- Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, Web Hosting, and consumed man-days are non-refundable.
