Time Frame:
TechXquare takes upto 48–72 hours to craft your design. This refers to a single iteration of a design stage, not the entire project’s duration.

The time frame for revision also ranges from 48 to 72 hours, depending on the nature of the project. 

Claim Your Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

• To begin the reimbursement process, contact your Project Manager at our number, +393716527094.
• To initiate a refund, click on Live Chat to begin a conversation with a representative.
• Send an Email to talktous@techxquare.com to request the refund.

Your refund request will be processed as soon as we get the refund request.

To receive a full refund for cancelling a project unrelated to the service before initiation, the request must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. You may be charged a service fee if you cancel after the first 24 hours.
After getting a refund, you can only utilise TechXquare’s designs if the firm and client agree upon a written contract.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Refunds will not apply in the following situations:

• Request for custom designs
• If the client has approved the design concept.
• The Logo/Website has been finalised.
• The website is designed, developed, and deployed.
• Revisions are requested.
• If the cancellation is unrelated to the project.
• Lack of client contact for over two weeks.
• Company policies or policy violations.
• Approaching another company or designer for the same project.
• Inadequate creative brief.
• Complete design change request.
• Claims exceeding the ‘request for refund’ period.
• Business closure, name change, or reasons not pertaining to the service.
• Reasons like ‘change of mind’ or ‘disagreement with a partner.’
• Acceptance of multiple sets of revisions.
• Refund approval is at the discretion of TechXquare Management.
• If a client signs up for a bundle of services and is unhappy with just one of them will only get their money back for the particular service, not the bundle. 
• There is a 33% withdrawal fee for orders not associated with the design service that is cancelled.

Rights and Ownership

TechXquare retains the right to reject any project or cancel the contract when necessary. After a refund, you won’t have any rights to use the designs, and the company becomes the rightful owner.
TechXquare retains ownership of the designs. Our refund policy does not apply to any services not directly associated with design. Such services, even if included in a Package Deal, cannot be utilised to get a refund on the whole deal. Such instances include:

• Copyrights Protection Certificates
• Website & Email Hosting Services
• Website SSL Certificates
• Website Domain Purchase
• Website Maintenance Plans
• Website SEO Plans
• Social Media Marketing
• Google AdWords Campaigns

Content Creation & Population

TechXquare is not responsible for content creation or population unless exclusively purchased. 

TechXquare takes care of website content as follows:

• We create custom content/text tailored for your website.
• We populate the website with images and may acquire stock imagery from photo websites with your approval. Images are purchased upon your consent.
• It’s important to note that any similarities between images used on your site and those on other websites are not our responsibility.
• For products and product details, you provide the necessary images and information.

Your website’s content is crafted and curated to suit your specific needs.

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy

Customer information remains confidential, and both parties agree not to defame or disparage each other after project completion.

Customer Support

Customer support is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT, and other queries made after business hours are addressed the next working day.

Technical Support Policy

Technical support is only provided if separately purchased.

Communication Policy

All official communications must occur through the Project Camp Account or our official email addresses and toll-free numbers. We are not responsible for damages or issues arising from communication through other means.

Domain and Hosting

Design order files are delivered within 5 to 7 days, with a rush delivery option available. No SLA for technical assistance unless purchased separately.
